A butt weld fitting keeps the bore continuous, which lowers pressure drop and turbulence and allows the weld to be fully inspected. It is selected in the same material grade and schedule as the pipe.

Dimensions vary with run and branch diameter; C and M values to the ASME B16.9 tables are shared at quotation stage. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2) and inspection reports are supplied with the order file.
